If you have accidentally deleted or removed the VSafe 100 software from your drive, or if you can only see the area name PublicZone on the drive, you can download the software here.
On the side of the drive there is a serial number, written in small black lettering:
If the initial digits of your serial number are between 520 and 528, please download VSafe 100 First Version.
If the initial digits of your serial number are 529 upwards, please download VSafe 100 Second Edition.
If your serial number begins with 6, please download VSafe 100 Third Edition.
