We are totally opposed to slavery and human trafficking in all aspects of our Global operations including our supply chain.

Our business is organised into the product categories of Data Storage and computer Accessories, 3D Printing Materials and LED Lighting solutions.
We purchase the majority of our products through third-party suppliers who are located worldwide to serve our Global businesses.
We are committed to act with integrity in all our business dealings and comply with laws. Many of our existing policies contain sections which are aimed at ensuring that there is no slavery or human trafficking in any part of our global business or supply chain.

As part of our initiative to identify and mitigate the risk of slavery and human trafficking in our supply chain we will strengthen our processes and procedures and Identify and assess potential risk areas in our supply chains.

We have zero tolerance to slavery and human trafficking. To ensure all those in our supply chain comply with our values we will strengthen our supply chain compliance programme. This will consist of communication of a Code of Conduct for Business Partners which contains specific reference to slavery and human trafficking and auditing of new and existing suppliers using a risk based approach.
To ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains and our business, we provide training to our staff as part of our overall Compliance Programmes.
We do not have key performance indicators specifically in relation to slavery or human trafficking as any instance would be a non-compliance and breach of employment laws, our direct employment practices, Code of Conduct, wider Group policies and / or supplier standards. However, the business practices that relate to the mitigation of slavery or human trafficking risk do have internal performance measures. In relation to our own employment practices, we monitor and review Number of employees who have completed Code of Conduct compliance training Grievances.
This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes Group’s slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending March 2017.
